39-546 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket

Hello, I am struggling to open/close this window. I believe it's too rusted or possibly damaged component. Please let me know if you have a replacement part of if it's even possible to replace. It looks like it's the encore dual arm product code 39-253LB.

Inside casing of where you insert the arm crank is stripped. So, my understanding is I need to replace the whole assembly unit. The name on the arm crank says Weathervane, and the number on one of the arms is 30905 (Truth).

my last post asked about 3 part versus 3 part hinge, but I think I get it now that I need the 2 part, the other parts are on the crank mechanism. Part is stamped Truth, 41011. I located it in the Truth catalog but without the flange rivited to the short arm, and without the glide rivited to the long arm. Can you provide a replacement complete with the added parts?

On the underside, it contains the name "Truth" It also has the number 45251 molded into the part. The number 06152006 04:26 is printed on the underside.

Good morning, I just want to verify that 39-253LB is correct. Also do I need the replacement black retainer for the end of the long arm? How about new window bracket at end of short arm...mine has a stud with a slip ring. Thank you.

I do not have them in front of me. My husband is on a job and asked that I help him try and locate replacements. If you tell me where to find a number I can call him. I see Truth on one piece.
