I ordered this: Maxim Dyad Sill Mount Operator, RH 39-221 Unfortunately, this doesn't look like it is going to work. Window Replacement Arms and seal

Please see attached pictures. The piece on the seal/window is broken. The screws are not able to attach which is affecting the closure of the window.
