Hello. I'm looking for this hardware. We ordered the 39-395 and 39-394 from you, and the piece that attaches to the window is 7". The original we have in the picture is 8 3/16. Do you sell the 8 3/16??

Looking to repair this wood Pella casement window. The hinge shoe is missing so I definitely need that. Wondering if I should be replacing the metal piece that the shoes attached to as well? Also- is the glide track replaceable? This one appears to be damaged. Thanks in advance!

Recently when I went to close this window it would not close all the way and the inside bottom corner seems to be missing a part. Attached Thank you for your assistance.Cheryl

Not sure the manufacturer. But that bottom hinge on this particular model I have never seen !! Can u please help identify

the above armature (with meqasuring tape was fastened to the peice in the other photo to form a "tee" that kept window in algnment as it opened. looking from the inside the window hinges on the right (and opens on the left). I have several pella casement windowsinstalled in New home built in 1989. Most are hanging out of plum while the frames have stayed plum. Lifting up and down while open you can see the white guide at the top is sloppy. Bottom guide stays intake with little movement. The support hindge measures 11 an ... (cont.)

Hi there. after replacing the 39-175 pella hinge on my casement window, I noticed that the upper plate was bent and causing some misalignment. How do I get one of these along with the slide? Thank you.
