Can anyone tell me the part I'm looking for? It is for a Pella casement window. Do not see any markings or numbers on it

We have older Pella windows 1976 vintage. The opening mechanism has two rollers at the bottom which should allow the window to be cranked open. The support arm bolt broke. I don't believe i need a whole apparatus, but I don't know. Pella is the absolute worst! Any help would be welcome! Looking for slide rollers (part name?) for Pella casement windows that are probably 30 years old. The windows are wood with a vinyl clad exterior. This part slides along with top and bottom window sash when you crank the window open. Any help is appreciated.

I have a customer with 6 pella windows and she needs all new hardware Hinges and the sash operators. The sash crank operators are part # 39-175 and 39-176. The arm connecting the hinge is 11". Do you guys have those or can I make the 10" or 12" ones work

The 10 in hinge I have seems to be connected more towards the bottom. Part 39-395 is more towards the middle. Can I use this part? My Pella window dates back to the late 80s

Hello Swisco, I am looking for a very similar Pella casement hinge as the 39-352, except the long pivot arm needs to measure 12 1/8 inches end to end. The sash it operates on is 34 inches wide.Is this available? Thank you! BTW, Great web site !! :)
