I have a tilt window with broken hardware on both sides. It falls open if it's not closed and latched. The first image is a sticker on the frame. The part number is 8590, but the mfr of window is unknown. These are top, bottom and side views. The latch goes in the top of the vinyl sash frame to hold the sash in the track. An intact latch would have a tongue extending an inch or so beyond the housing. This one is broken off at the end of the ... (cont.)

Hello, this part holds the window in place and has a tab that can be pushed to pivot the window in and out to clean. This one came from the left side when looking at the window. Lmk if you need additional information to match up the correct part. Thanks, Mike
