82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12"

Do you have a lock that we can replace this with. The lock doesn't work properly. The lock is 12 inches from top screw to bottom screw. The whole mortise assembly is 12 1/2 inches. It is 1" wide and 1 1/2" deep.

Need a replacement part for my sliding glass door PAT # 6264.252

Do not have original door handle. Would like a replacement suggestion. Need the handle, lock, and latch. I have been told that this is possibly a Superior Door brand.

I need to find out part number, price , availability etc of this locking device Its housing is 9 1/8" tall x 1/2"(+) thick and 1 1/4" deep (if you take the larger adaptor off)I am a professional handyman and I will only be at this location today.

looking for replacement door handle. there are PAT#6.264.252 and PAT# 5.820.170 on the lock part, no number on the handles except 2806 on one and #8 on the other.

82-079 replacement Door handle appears to match all specs for my existing handle, BUT my lock/turning lever is centered not offset. Do you have a replacement option? If it matters, my lock is multi point (similar to your part 82-260. Thx

I am looking for a mortice lock with Patent numbers 6.626.252 and 5.820.170 and a date of JAN 12 on the side of the lock on the opposite side of the patent numbers.  We found a MAR 20 version but it appears the design has changed slightly from the JAN 12 version.  Do you have the JAN 12 item?
