This is very similar to one of your locks. This is a Amesbury door lock, patent # 6.264.252 and 5.820.170. It's a dual latch and the holes are 12" from center to center. The assembly is one inch wide. It has APR 09 inscribed on one side. I am not able to find it on your website. Please advise. ... (cont.)

Turning the inside nob -lock- doesn't move the 2 locks on the Aside patio door. They don't seem to locked but the nob to lock the door doesn't work. The length of the lock is 12.1/2" metal to metal. Any help is appreciated. Carol

Do you have a lock that we can replace this with. The lock doesn't work properly. The lock is 12 inches from top screw to bottom screw. The whole mortise assembly is 12 1/2 inches. It is 1" wide and 1 1/2" deep.

82-079 replacement Door handle appears to match all specs for my existing handle, BUT my lock/turning lever is centered not offset. Do you have a replacement option? If it matters, my lock is multi point (similar to your part 82-260. Thx
