Hi I need to replace my handle

I am looking for a mortice lock with Patent numbers 6.626.252 and 5.820.170 and a date of JAN 12 on the side of the lock on the opposite side of the patent numbers.  We found a MAR 20 version but it appears the design has changed slightly from the JAN 12 version.  Do you have the JAN 12 item? I am looking to replace this lock feature. The latches no longer retract.

I dropped the latch piece in the door. And was trying to find a new one at the local hardware stores. No luck. Hello. Need a new handle and strip to lock sliding door

Pat# 6.264.252 and Pat# 5820.170 on the parts for the guts of the sliding door lock

Attached are some pictures of my lock with measurements. I believe I may need the 82-260 lock, but I want to make sure before buying it. I haven't taken it out of the door but the measurements seem to be right,

The door to the deck won't open. I think it's a problem with the hook on top. Three Handymen came, but they couldn't fix it because they couldn't find the part.

Looks like the installation holes are just under 9-1/2"....the plate measures around 11-3/8"
