Attached are some pictures of my lock with measurements. I believe I may need the 82-260 lock, but I want to make sure before buying it. I haven't taken it out of the door but the measurements seem to be right,

The door to the deck won't open. I think it's a problem with the hook on top. Three Handymen came, but they couldn't fix it because they couldn't find the part.

Lowes installed a door in July and forgot a lock. Do you know what the internal for this door is, so I can have a lock?

There are no identifying names or model numbers. The latch/ door is about 10years old and locks/ unlocks at its own will. I need to identify the replacement parts. Thanks for your help. Michelle

Looks like the installation holes are just under 9-1/2"....the plate measures around 11-3/8"

Hi, this looks to be the correct replacement handle, will it accomodate a door that is 1.5 inches wide? and does this come with a lock option? The only numbers on this lock is Patent No 6.264.252 and 5820.170 that is it. Do you have this in stock.

The handle with the lock is loose because the socket for the screw snapped. The Screw Holes are 3 15/16" apart. Do you have a Chrome or Brass set that will fit. No idea who manufactured the doors or hardware.
