39-406 Front Mount Casement Operator, 13-1/2"

I have (7) commercial aluminum windows with most having disfunctional operators. The windows are from 1988. Seeking to replace all operators and need assistance in ID'ing. I had ordered a 39-028E, 39-533 and 39-114L. Obviously the 39-028E is the wrong style. Regards, Tom

The crank only opens the window an inch, then it "wheels" into emptiness as if it wasn't latching onto the mechanism. truth hardware anderberg mfg

On the casement operator, long arm is 13.5". Do you agree 39-406 makes sense? On the hinges, the base plate is 10". The window strip is around 7.5". The shorter bar back to the base plate is right at 5". Seems like 36-048 would be needed. These are all right side. If you concur, what are the ... (cont.)

Looking for the piece missing that you turn to open the window, the window on the right (from inside) is missing the handle. I was able to get the Brand - Truth. Looks like model number is 30744.

Do you carry a replacement for this casement window operator that folds? It works fine now, but I'm hoping for a folding version to allow a blind to more easily sit in front of the window. This is made by Truth.

There's a number "24 45054" on the back of the handle, but that's not the part that needs replacing. I've taken photos of the window operator that's had a gear come loose (and also a photo of one that works fine) and so the mechanism no longer opens/closes the window when the handle is attached as i ... Only marking made in USA. I beleive the manumanufacturer is Truth. Screws hole are 4 3/4 and 3 7/8.

I think it is Truth 13-1/2" I am not sure about color. It looks grey or aluminum color. Do you have it? How much? How long does it take to delivery to Los Angeles CA?

My casement window handles were stripped and did not work. Handyman bought new crank handle from Home Depot, and it almost immediately stripped as well (white one in picture. Original was similar size but silver color). Handyman says we need a longer or stronger one to lift these heavy old windows. ... (cont.)
