I have placed order number 3284479 and received it. The balances work well but I found a broken stopper in the top corner of the window and it doesn't allow the balance to stay in the correct placem could you please help me get a replacement? Thank you.

NEED CHANNEL BALANCES THAT SHOWS A DESCRIPCION BUT I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE PART NUMBER. ALSO NEED THE TOP SASH GUIDE PN 18-188 AND A SMALL CLIP BELOW ON THE PICTURE.

I need the two channels for this window, I think it’s 17 inches. Also, I need the sash guides four of them.

it is just like the 5/8" one that you have - i think it is the "bottom" piece but it has a slot instead of a hole up top(or bottom) measurements to the center are the same. Do you have this one? it goes with all of the 2640's that I usually buy

Hi, I have the the single hung window with broken channel balance. The sticker shows series: 6210/6230/6230J/6270 H-R20 - 108*78 H-R25-48x78. And the stamp shows "25-5" with 8.S1pt. I need to replace my Milgard Single Hung Channel Balance. The balance length without plastic ends is 26 5/8 inches. I also need the top plastic clip that screws to the window channel (See Pic).
