26-417 Weep Hole Cover, 1" x 3/8"

A recent hail storm broke 3 weep hole covers on one of our windows. The weep holes are oval shaped and are 3/16" tall by 13/16" wide. Do you have covers that will fit these holes? Please let me know. Thanks, Eric

I have vinyl windows that were installed in 2001. Each window sill has 2 drains that have these little inserts/screens that I guess are used for keeping bugs out. My slider windows have holes through them at the bottom. The plastic piece on the bottom snaps in and covers the the bottom hole. I'm looking to replace 1" inch Black weep hole covers on the windows throughout my house - about 24 plugs total. The gap between the plugs is .5 inch.
