81-310 Roller Axle Repair Kit

1/2 wide, 1 1/8 tall, 2 1/2 long plastic 1 1/4 wheel

Hello! If you recognize this part, it belongs to sliding doors of some kind. See pictures. There is no other outer casing for this that I have seen. The dimensions may not match exactly on wheels. See attached picture

A Swisco help expert asked me to pry that housing out of the door so he could get a better look at it. But I'm afraid I might damage it and not be able to replace it. The rectangle I was able to measure is 2-1/4" by 11/16". That agent thought you might want to see the photos I sent to him. ... (cont.)

11/16 wide by 1 inch tall by 4 1/4 long. Wheel is 17/16, or 1 inch plus a 1/16th. The hole on top is 1 1/2 inch in center of hole to end. There are no numbers or markings.

Unsure of name of door. Note: picture has the dual tab on top side.

I have a number of patio windows with rollers that need to be replaced. Each window has two roller assemblies, and each window weighs 20-25 lbs. 1 and quarter inch wheel

Wheel is made from a plastic with a 1" diameter and the rest of the case is just under 1" wide, 1 3/8" high and 2 3/8" long, 2 6/8" including the little hook where the screw attaches to the door. Anything similar enough and exactly alike to this?

Hi- I have a fairly old door which contains a roller which is very similar to Product Code: 81-093, however, the dimple width of yours is too wide to fit. This is from an aluminum door that came with our house, built in 2007. The only marking is on the case, it just says "Ultra." Case is 2 3/8" long, 1 3/16" tall, 11/16" thick. Wheel is metal, 1" diameter.
