Aloha! My windows are only about 10 years old but the humidity has missed the mechanisms. The crank is ok, the hinge is ok but what appears to be rusting out is the mechanism that connects the crank to the hinge. I tried Swisco's 38-036 reverse mount casement lock but it doesn't fit. It's to big to fit into the space. Any ideas?

I received my order for 25 casement locks part # 38-036 and screws 33-072. It seems I cannot tighten the lock to the window. The screws seem to long and leaves a gap and the lock is loose. Any suggestions??

I need to replace several of these latches. The screw holes are 2 1/2" on center. There are no markings on the awning window or latch.

I am looking for replacement casement locks for vinyl windows. They were manufactured by Daily Mfg in the Willow Grove area. The center screws are 2 1/2", white. Looks like the #38-036 should work. Can you confirm that? Thanks!

My old locking handles had threads. I don't see any in these handles.

Hello, I have a replacement window with a broken handle. I noticed a patent # US 4,674,777 on the back part of the handle. Need expert assistance pls. I can't find this latch with the hole at the end of the latch that hooks to the metal bar. 2237 stamped on the back 2238 stamped on the arm 3"L x .75" W Pls. Note latch on the front is broken halfway off.

Hi, One day, the handle pictured decided to snap while I was trying to lift to unlock the window. Fortunately (Or unfortunately) the left part inside keeps the door secured but it also mean unless I remove this part somehow through pictured narrow access, I will never get the window to open again ... I have one of these, and I need six. I have the mounting screws for three, not counting the one installed.

I have four windows like this in my new home's patio. However, three of them are missing these locks. I have uploaded a picture of the window with one lock open and one closed. I can't find any manufacturer or numbers. Any help is appreciated!!

Had windows installed in 1988. Great windows have them for 28yrs. Selling home and one window has a handle that snapped,the one in middle of window.Its the one that you have to pull up before you crank open the window.
