The tie bar guide as shown in these images has broken. Is there an available replacement part for this?

I ordered this part #39-300 2 years ago. I need 4 more but cannot find it in your catalog. Do you still carry this?

The image is of a lock keeper (I think) on a vinyl crank out window. I think, but am not sure, that it is a Traco. The part is plastic/vinyl. This image is of the top one, the bottom one broke and I can't find it. That makes it impossible to lock the window. The screw holes are about 1/2 inch apart ... (cont.)

Windows are Certainteed casement style. Picure is of a clear/white plastic part that latches window tightly.
