Hi, I have casement windows throughout my home installed when home built in 2005. No identifying marks on them. They crank closed just fine, but several will not lock closed due to broken or missing plastic brackets to keep the locking bar in place or to catch the knobs. Hope the pics help identify ... Hi:The photo attached is from a BF Rich casement window. It is a plastic piece that guides the metal rod that runs from top to bottom that is used to lock the window to the frame. Is this something you carry?Thank you,Mike

Hello, I need a part for the window in the pictures. I think it is a Crestline window but I am not sure. The rail that is shown is for the locking mechanism rail. The first picture is the broken clip. The second is the good part. The front of the plastic is broke. Thanks, Dave

i have a couple of four season crank out windows and the tie bar guides are broken. can you tell me which ones i need. i will try to send pictures. thank you

The part shown is a twin of the broken part to be replaced. It is is installed on the sash of a US Window Factory casement w/ grid [34" x 36"]. The window is old (2003)but still operates well. One of the retaining brackets for this vinyl roll out window broke, the image is of the good one. There is no identification sticker on the window. This holes the rail that slides up and down to latch onto the window for locking and pulling the window in tight.
