Hello! I am looking for a plastic piece which guides the vertical lock bar for our casement windows. The external dimensions are: 1.25" (width) X 0.75" (height). The hole that the lock bar goes through is: 0.5" (width) X 0.0625" [1/16th] (depth). Thank you!

looking for plastic piece that holds a vertical metal bar in place that appears to be part of the locking mechanism in a Certainteed casement window installed new in 2000. See photo. The windows are about 60" tall. There are supposed to be three of these pieces holding the vertical locking bar. ... (cont.)

I'm almost thinking we just need to replace the whole lock assembly. Most of the other window parts were Truth - The black piece is 35 inches long. The handle looks just like one that a Swisco rep showed me but that little piece connecting the two doesn't look right.

The window isn't closing securely. It looks like a part cracked off, but I'm not sure which part is supposed to be here.

I need to replace the missing tie bar (like the one shown). It measures 39" and has 3 cone rollers and 1 lock drive point. Please advise. The pictures show the separation between cones if it makes a difference.
