11 inches center to center on the mounting plate. 5.25 inches between the closed clamps. The lower clamp is broken and I need a replacement gear assembly. Can you identify a replacement part?

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement lock for a ReliaBilt sliding door. Part is labeled as PM52x, as part of installation of a PD3000 handle kit. It's 9 and 3/4" center to center for the mounting holes, 9/16" wide and 1 and 1/16" deep.

We purchased a Jeld-Wen sliding patio door and found that it doesn't have the keeper for the locking mechanism on the door handle.
