Looks close to 82-265 except lock is in same direction but all measurements are same as shown. The lockset 82-086 looks like it is same that I may also need.

The Latch that turns to lock the door is broke. It is forked on the end of the flat piece that goes into the door and 1/2 of the fork is broken. Would like to replace the whole handle set but not sure of which replacement to use. Doing this for a friend.

I am having trouble with a 82-265. Sometimes it cannot be opened because the anti-slam button is not fully depressed because there is too much play when the door is locked.
