The locking mechanism that I have seems to bind when trying to lock it. I have removed, cleaned, lubricated (not sure if I'm supposed to lube it), and made sure that every screw is tight, even in the door jam bracket. 11 inches center to center on the mounting plate. 5.25 inches between the closed clamps. The lower clamp is broken and I need a replacement gear assembly. Can you identify a replacement part?
