the latch seems to bind up and i have to wiggle it around before im able to lock it. can you tell me what i need to get this working?

Good Morning, Can you please advise which part I need to order to replace my current mortise lock? Also, do I need to order a replacement keeper as well? Thank you in advance for your help!!

Please see the attached photos for recommendation on replacement lock and handles (as needed). Handles have JW inscribed. Appears to be vinyl door, approximately 3-4 years old. Builder installed.

The top part is stuck out and wont go back in...we need to replace it...thanks

We are in need of a replacement Multi Point Sliding Door Mortise Latch. Our top latch broke off and all we have for reference are the stickers I attached photos of. Looking for this replacement for my sliding patio door. Looks to be 11.75" long to fit back inside the door cavity as pictured. Sent a picture of it in the door, the door slot without the lock and a few views of the lock. I can't seem to find this anywhere. Thanks for your help!

Hello . i tried to order a part from Swisco but end up being wrong part (order 1553541) the wrong part ordered was slightly to wide , didnt fit in slot of sliding door .Can you figure ou what part to order? thanks Mike Phillips

Lowes installed a door in July and forgot a lock. Do you know what the internal for this door is, so I can have a lock?

Can't find the manufacturer of this door. Looking for the correct hardware. Mounting holes 11" center to center. Is this the correct part. I realize I might need a new handle also. Suggestions?
