Contractor screwed the screws to tight and my handle leading outside has snapped off. I'm having a hard time matching it up, hoping for some help. Thanks.

I'm not sure of the brand of door or lock. This is on a sliding/gliding glass patio door. The door construction is vinyl and glass.I purchased one lock from you already, based on measurements, but it was wrong.Any help would be greatly appreciated!!Justin

One dang screw was loose so as I started to unscrew stuff to then tighten it back together... I stupidly unscrewed too much and the lock mechanism slid down inside the door. I recently moved into a home with a patio door that did not have a mortise lock in place. I believe I need a multi-point mortise lock similar to part 82-265 but wanted to confirm. I'm attaching a few photos I took to make sure this lock will work. There is a keeper installed but I'm not sure if I ne ... (cont.)

I could not find any part numbers or markings at all. The overall size of the handle Plates is 9-7/8". The measurement from the screws that screw the handles to the door is 3-3/4". The measurement from the center of lock hole to the top screw is approx. 2-3/4". The measurement from center of loc ... (cont.)

This is for a sliding glass door. It has two hook but only has one hole that turns the mechanism.

I need the entire lockset. Handle, mechanism, latch. Not sure who manufactured the door. It's a double wheel latch. Whole assembly is between 10 and 11 inches.
