Can you suggest replacement for these two patio door latches? One snapped/broke off, the other is still working - so would need to replace both so they match (in the same room). These are "generic" doors - not Anderson or Pella - not sure of the original manufacturer.

Hi looking to replace the mortice lock shown in the picture on my sliding patio door the little pin that the locking knob would connect to missing broke fell down inside the door I don't know where it's at.

I'm hoping that you can help me find a part to my sliding glass door. The lock went bad on it. It's not a key lock. You can only flip the lock lever from the inside of the door to lock it. The longest part of the mortise part is 10 inches long.

I am needing a new locking mechanism for my sliding glass door. The top hook won't go back in only the bottom hook goes in and out. I ordered a piece from your company. Do you sell this set with the levered centered on the handle instead of offset? I bought this and did not realize that it is offset, so it will not work for me. Thanks.

Hello, Do you have a replacement J.W. door handle with a key lock instead of the traditional lock? The original lock twisted and no longer locks the door. It's very fragile and thin I'm afraid it will break off like the original lock.
