Top latch seems to be frozen and will not allow door to close and latch. Unable to locate replacement hardware.

We need to replace a lock mechanism for a Jeld Wen Premium Vinyl Sliding Patio Door. the mechanism, pictures attached is about 12" long including the area holding the silver part.

Don't have the face plate to receive this double tooth lock.

Looking for a mortaise lock and latch that has 11" screw holes, and can't be wider than 0.6in. 82-265 is so close, but it is too thick (0.75in). I'm afraid to dremel the door.

Hello, I think your 82-090 item fits the same dimensions as my current handles except my lock lever is located toward the top area of the door handle (my images attached).
