I am looking for replacement Or substitute for imperial USA door handle for my patio door. The length between installation holes is 4 inches

What handle set goes with the 82-265? This is my existing, i believe the 82-265 will work but cant find a handle set that is as long,this one is 9 9/16"

hi, I recently bought the 82-265 mortise lock. It fit nicely in the sliding door, It doesn't work with the previous latch receiver (the part that it clasps onto at the jamb). Do you have a part I could buy that would work?

Need to replace the Mortise pictured. The 82-265 looks like its three right one. All dimensions match your website. I'm just not sure if the keyholes line up. The 82-265 looks to have 2 spots for the key and latch lever to go in. The one I have (pictured) looks like the keyhole slot is lower than t ... (cont.)

The distance between the mounting screws is 11". I operated the one deformed actuator and both arms extended as show in picture 368. There is one lever that operates both evidently. I would like to get a new unit if that is possible.

Top and bottom holes on white trim face plate are 11" apart (center) The 2 inside holes on white trim face plate are app 3 1/8" apart The 2 side holes oval shaped that hold handles on are app. 3 15/16" I think I found the right replacement at one point in my search on your website and you show ... Sliding door internal lock. Front plate is 11-3/4", holes are 11", distance between latches is roughly 5-7/16.

Hello, I recently purchased the 82-239 mortise lock but it didn't line up. The main issues: 1. On the 82-239 there are no holes in the new lock to attach the old white face plate. See attached photo of holes in the old lock and face plate (Circled). 2. The throw on the new latches don't see as dee ... (cont.)

i'm pretty sure I need part number 82?265 but I don't know 11 Inches on center means.

Internal mortise lock is just shy of 12" The total of 4 holes for handle is 4" I am missing handle to this.

Thumb lock and mortis lock for JW sliding glass door. Lock assembly has failed, need thumb lock and lock assembly replacement. Lock assembly is ~11.5" long Respectfully,Steven

We need a handle and strike for this sliding glass lock - or a whole new assembly if that makes sense. We also need 2 whole sets!
