Non-Impact Double Hung Window 51.87x61.75 Balancers have broken and I am not sure of the weight I would need to order for him. His sash lock seems to be loose as well and I want to order one of those as well.

I ordered 90-278 which looks exactly like the part I need. However, the screw holes are more centered, only 1/2" from back, not 11/16". The 2 1/16 is correct, as is the shape. These original windows were manufactured in Vineland at Joffe in the late 1990s.

I have Patriot single hung windows used by Hovnanian builders in NJ. I have been using Swisco parts to repair them but one window has a problem I cant diagnose. The balances, shoes and lock latches seem good. When I close this sash from the the bottom I cannot lock the right latch which is out of al ... (cont.)

Windows are 25 years old. Need to replace lock and latch. The pictures shown are of a working lock and latch. Simonton is the window manufacturer.

This is the latch from my Gorell DH window. The cam plate has broken free of the operating/locking stem. Would like to order a couple of these.

Truth Window Lock / Entry Gard is wrong size (too thick) need 90-161 with narrow keeper and 2 1/16 spacing. I already ordered and tried 90-077C and 90-279 and they were too thick so I think I need the 90-161

Hello,Trying to identify this part. The bottom of the window connects into this for opening and closing. Pic2 is the broken piece, Pic1 is the other side of said window. Right now the window will not stay open due to the breakage. Hoping you guys can help.26B BS1 ELThank you..
