I need to know what replacement coil balance part I need for a double hung comfort world window. The window weighs 12 pounds. CWW1 shows the top coil with a 3 on the cover. I managed to remove the only pivot pin that I didnt break when removing the sashes. Not sure if bottom and top sashes have the same pivot pins. I dont Dee it listed on your site.

My very old window has broken pivot pins. In addition, one of the plastic slots attached to the spiral has broken. So I would need 2-4 pivot pins and 2 of those shoes.
