I'm trying to find replacement tilt window latch handles. I have already located the replacement balance springs I need on your site. I'm hoping that I can get everything in one place or maybe you can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

My deceased father had vinyl replacement windows installed 20 yrs ago and I do not remember the brand or company. The window will not lock into into place becase the little push pins are broken there for the bottom sach flops down. Bottom sach size is 31 1/2 x 20 pat.# 4.5783905 also there is another 11231

Sash are welded together at edges. The only visable way to remove tilt latch is on the top edge and tried removing with vise grips and would not budge.
