I am looking for a replacement tilt latch for the sash of a double hung vinyl Jeld-Wen window purchased at a Mendards in Norfolk Nebraska. The # on the window is G403-00208-7485. JW-0708Low E is also inscribed on the window. On the latch the lettering says Pat.Pending and there is a letter C and ... (cont.)

Looking for the parts above, all seems like the pivot arms are missing the screws.

Bought a duplex need the tilt latch, (top corner),pivot rod, and coil spring shoe can't seem to find a match on your website and don't wanna order the wrong part thanks! Can't seem to find any numbers on the parts themselves

No markings anywhere.

From the attached photos can you help me identify the internal latch that I would need to replace the one that is broken. If we can find the right part I am interested in getting 10 of the latches

I bought window tilt latches 26-121 and 26-120 but they are to big. The ones i have measure 3" by 1" with 2 1/8 center to center mounting holes. I could not find them on the web site can you help?

First photo?bedroom latch in the track does not pull back enough from the vinyl track to tilt the window outward. Second photo?bathroom window left side sliding latch broke off revealing the screw.
