S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

I have a KB home built in 2000 in the Phoenix area and need to replace some channel balances. They are 1/2 wide channels, 28 inches long and are stamped with the numbers 2740 and a small JM stamped after the number. Thank you, James

1/2" channel balancer. Metal part is 28" long, Non-tilt windows. Has stamped 2740 bsi on it. I'm afraid to guess any further - pics attached.

The right side channel balance from my BFS window has failed. Old like to replace both sides. I'm also missing a small clip the fits in the side frame that I believe is used to anchor the string?
