S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

I have non-tilt windows and need replacement springs. I removed one and it appears, per the photos, that it is stamped 2740 BSI L. I believe I also will need 2790 for the heavier windows (30+ lbs). And then I guess I needs the plastic guides.If you could please assist me in ordering the correct P/NT ... (cont.)

The metal part measures 28" Which item number do I need to order?

Need replacements for Balance on BFS 27-4 This is a 28inch balance, the string has broken on one side.

Length-28" 1/2" w Channel balance ( 2740 BSI MK) and 1 take out clip

I need identification of a window balance for this window. The numbers on the side of the balancer say 2740 3. S. I and the letters RJ.

My balances have a purple stamp -- 27 4 HV CMC 7it is also 1/2" wide

Good morning. The width of my channel 1 1/2 inch The width of the bottom shoe is 1 1/8 Engraved on my channel is 2740 I matched the pictures and dimensions with part S395-28 option 2740. Can you please confirm before I place my order. Thank you

The distance between the jamb hole ( Balance hook goes in) and the take out clip is about 25 inches. How a 28-inch-long sash balance will fit? I wish, I could put a measuring tape against jamb hole and take out clip and take a picture and send it to you, but I cannot, there is not enough distance fo ... (cont.)

Message 1 Stamp on channel say 2730. Pictures of top and bottom balance fittings. The channel length is 28". The balance channel width is slightly more than 1/2 ". I need 4 new balance. Please advice which product category and product code I should order. Thank you

I need to order 4 replacement parts for a single hung BFS window. The parts are the channel that help raise and lower the window. The 4 pictures above are the parts that do not work. Hi, from your website it looks like I need a Series 395, 28", 2730 option for these block and tackle channel balances. One is still intact and the cord broke on the other one. I also need a set of what look like Alenco 5/8 sash guides. Thanks.

Stamp say 2720 BSI. I'd like to go up to a 2730. I also need to replace a set of 2740 BSI. both are 28 inches, not including the plastic parts. What are my options? Thank you.
