I would like to identify the correct replacement parts to repair the attached broken parts.

we need replacement parts for our single hung vpi windows. we need springs, connectors and dowels. we also need directions on how to remove and install the new parts without cutting the frame. We are the homeowners thanksconnie

I have a broken left hand latch. I don't know the manufacturer. It's a Manufactured Home built 20 yrs ago by Champion Homes.

My top window falls right down when unlocked what to do to repair. Also the bottom window locks to the frame a have broken off need to put new ones in

The 4 pivot shoes are broken as well as the top right tilt latch and will need jamb tool and lube stick. Thank you,Robert

Hi, l just purchased a house that has 2 double hung vinyl windows that don't work. Upon examination the tilt latches on both sides are broken and the pivot shoes on both sides are also broken. Looking to order some replacements for broken latches wanted to make sure i got the right ones

Brand Name "Philips" on the sash lock. Tilt latch body is: -2 5/8" long,2 9/16 which sits in the frame. -9/16" wide where it fits in the frame, 11/16 wide on the top that sits atop the frame. -3/8" tall(the part that sits in the frame), 7/16 total height. -Tongue extends out 11/32". There is a word "Patented" and a backwards "7" molded into the underside of the sliding latch. I have 22 windows that are 15 years old and I need to replace all of these latches. I don't have the brand name of these windows that came on my house.

Today I received my order per picture only to find that the replacement latches do not slip into the groove. It's close but the body of the new latch may be a little wider or the channel it slips into it is slightly smaller. Please help me solve my problem and I do not know where to find the manuf ... Trying to replace these tilt latches found in windows no longer manufactured. Purchased some latches from another manufacturer that are 3/4" x 2 7/8" but they were too long. Cannot get the old latches out in one piece to provide a photo of the part uninstalled. Thank you for your help! ... (cont.)

Sorry we couldn't get the latches out - they didn't slide out easily and we were afraid to break them without having replacements. Both these latches are damaged at the ends. We can send pics of unbroken identical latches if you need them.Thank you for your help,Fred
