hi, i have several window tile latch that needs replacement. they do not have screws on the top. can you help me identify the part?

I just moved into a condo and discovered after the fact that one of my windows is broken. Like a guillotine on the top and bottom. There is no branding on the window and finding anyone to repair it has been impossible. My condo association does not have documentation of when they were installed or b ... (cont.)

I am having trouble locating this replacement tilt latch on your website. One picture shows the latch in-situ. The other picture shows the broken part. Let me know if you can assist with the part number.

the HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1999 by Ryan builders with single tilt out windows. I don't know the brand name of the windows.The only number I see on the latch bottom is 08 .I would appreciate your comments on what latch this is and price for 10 sets(left and right) Thank you

We need replacement window tilt clips that slide into the windows. These have grooves in them so that they slide into the windows and don't come out without forcefully pulling them. The windows are original from 2003 and don't have obvious markings indicating the manufacture. I included a tape Meade ... (cont.)

The right hand tilt latch is broken on one of my windows. I'm not sure how to remove it to send a picture of that, I need to see what the replacement looks like to know what I need to release to get the old latch out. I had ordered item # 26-371 but those did not fit. My measurements of the broken latch is 2 3/4 inch long, 3/4 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. As you can see, it is a rectangle, not rounded. Ideas? Thanks in advance.
