Hello, I am looking for replacement sash Balance for 2 Vinyl NON tilt windows. the current balance are 28inches X 1/2inch wide. The only marking reads: "27 14L ok BSI" Could you suggest a replacement part? Thank you, Igor

I'm need of replacing the spring balances but would like to know about the bottom being different from the illustrations that you have. Are the bottoms interchangeable? Existing Marking: 36-4 AA CMC 11 Per your website the end pieces appear be 19-005 top (winged) and 15-002 Foot (not winged)(which has the dimension of 1 3/32" Length is 37". Hi, The channel is 20 inches long. The bottom shoe has wings and measures about 3/4. The top shoe does not have wings and measures 1 1/16. Please see additional pictures attached.

Hello- i need 2 of these window balances. Came off a viking single hung vinyl window. Sash approx 36 tall by 36 wide the metal part measures 33" i can barely read the printing but it seems to say "32 4 ER Caldwell" please let me know if you have these. thanks
