I have bought a Jeld Wen replacement door handle twice: Premium Vinyl Patio Door Interior Handle (Left Hand) Replacement Kit 0740-LWH. The thumb lock keeps breaking. Do you have a replacement part that is made of stronger material?

The latch on my sliding glass door broke. I'm having trouble finding the right replacement part. The thumb latch seems to be about 2 6/16in long. The metal pin is 1 inch. I can't find a manufacturer name anywhere.

Need a new sliding glass door handle (inside and outside with latch) for Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Place and Keeper (82-265 and 82-249). Replaced those but the old latch broke.

I previously purchased parts 82-265 and 82-249. Now the latch lever had broken as seen in the attached pictures. Two questions. One, is this the correct lever replacement part? Two, can I simply replace the lever or do I need to replace the entire handle and lock?

I am also having problems finding replacement parts for my sliding door. The inside portion that locks the door broke off and I need that inside lock or a whole new locking mechanism. Home Depot's not willing to help me where I purchased the door

I am looking for a multi-point mortise lock and I am also looking for a thumb latch for my Jeld Wen handle. The face plate for the lock is 11-3/4". If you can let me know which ones I need to order from your site I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
