The latch on my sliding glass door broke. I'm having trouble finding the right replacement part. The thumb latch seems to be about 2 6/16in long. The metal pin is 1 inch. I can't find a manufacturer name anywhere.

Need a new sliding glass door handle (inside and outside with latch) for Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Place and Keeper (82-265 and 82-249). Replaced those but the old latch broke.

I previously purchased parts 82-265 and 82-249. Now the latch lever had broken as seen in the attached pictures. Two questions. One, is this the correct lever replacement part? Two, can I simply replace the lever or do I need to replace the entire handle and lock?

I am also having problems finding replacement parts for my sliding door. The inside portion that locks the door broke off and I need that inside lock or a whole new locking mechanism. Home Depot's not willing to help me where I purchased the door

Hello, the thumb latch broke off. And now there is no locking mechanism. I need to know what part will get this fixed. The only marking on the handle is JW I believe it stands for jeld wen. And a sticker on the inside. Which says PD0012 white flat, and 7/28 SR 8970v.Please help thank you ... (cont.)

The thumb latch broke on our patio door. The patio door has double mortise latch with an anti-slam button, the bolts for the handles are offset at 3-15/16 inches and the thumb lever sets an inch above the bottom bolt. Our lock snapped off the inside part of our sliding door handle. I think we just need to install a new handle. The only kind of item number I can find is ADW-8 ASTM 2190-ARG. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on the part(s) we need. Thank you,Mike
