Need a replacement insert of a patio door handle. The screw thread is broken on the insert that is removable from the handle itself. Color is almond/dark beige

Is this to go between the handle and the door? As of now I ordered the ROTO MULTI-POINT MORTISE LATCH LEVER Product Code: 82-240 which fits perfectly into the lock but now the handle doesn't sit flush with the door because the latch is too tall.

Need replacement handle for sliding glass door.

This lock lacks the part that should be in the door frame... the part the lock should "grab."

I would like to buy a replacement part from you and was looking at the mortise style handle set product code 82-080. Will this work? Thanks tony....

It appears to be a Milgard Sliding glass door.

I need replacement part for this sliding door mechanism.

All the parts that show up on your site don't include this side but rather the piece it connect to that is still on my door. As you can see where the screw screws in is broken and I just need this piece replaced.

I believe this is a certainteed sliding glass door installed in 2007. One of the mortise style posts is broken. The distance between the screw holes is just under 5 inches. Do you have a handle that will replace my broken handle?

Im not sure what brand this handle is. There is something that might be W's or M's stamped in it. The stepson, or his friends are too tough on the cast metal nubs which hold the screws holding the handle on. Rest of the handle hardware outside and lock are ok. Would you have replacement parts for pictures 211001 and 15657. The latch pin broke off and handle. The handle says it was made in New Zealand if that helps at all.

Need help identifying Interior door handle for a sliding glass patio door.

Trying to replace the sliding door handle. The handle is actually ok but the bracket that attaches to the handle and the door needs to be replaced. One of the 2 mounting nipples broke. Mortise lock does not match up with handle set and attach to keeper (Stryker) one door frame. Please contact me with why it does not lock properly.Thomas

I'm in need of a sliding door handle and mortise. The patio door handles are 5 inches apart with a center turn to lock. The mortise is missing, but the hole measures approximately 7 inches long by 9/16 wide.
