premier window installed the door with a lifetime warrenty.they cannot be contacted. trying to replace the broken part myself but cannot find a match....Help.

The handle seems to be jammed in place and need a replacement part and unmount and install instructions. Thanks.

While trying to repair a stripped screw in the door handle, we have misplaced the indoor handle. We need a replacement.

Our lock is definitely the same as 82-269. Is this lock compatible with the 82-080 handle set?
