Ok so now that I have the ROTO MULTI-POINT MORTISE LATCH LEVER, Where do I find the replacement washer, pin and lock washer?

The lock on my sliding glass door broke and I took it apart to purchase a new one. The mechanism said: Made in New Zealand, has a circle with the number 1-12 going around it, and in the middle it has a 0 - an arrow up - 2. Do you carry this? Do you know where I can get the spare parts? ... (cont.)

hi was wondering if you can match this mortise door handle it has made in new Zealand on it the small lever with enables you to lock it form the inside is broken and it has locking barrels on both sides This however is not a must but it would be handy to make it a dead lock fron the inside ... The locking mechanism is jammed and will not rotate up or down to lock or even unlock the door. Do I need to replace the whole handle or can I just replace the lock mechanism? Is Nami the brand of the door?

Hi there! Apparently the manufacturer doesn?t make a keyed lock for this door. Do you have something I can retrofit? Thanks!!

Made in New Zealand. 5" between the screws. Door probably about 20 years. Door # on picture.

The backpanel on the inside is unable to hold a screw. The metal has worn away.

Hi I am looking for a multipoint strike plate and I am not sure what to get. Top screw to bottom screw is about 5 and 5/8. Then we have a gap that is about 3/8 inch wide. I am not sure if you need a pic of the lock. Thank you!
