Trying to replace the pivot bars , business shut down

I searched your website and have seen similar pivot pins to these but not the exact ones. The bottom screw hole is appx 1/8" less than what you show for the 3" straight pivot pin. You have others like this with a different "shoe" or pin end. Is there one available that is a better fit? thank you ... (cont.)

I ordered some 140 model balancers that looked almost identical to these when I installed them I noticed they were round on the inside and didn't have that keyway type feature so they don't actually turn the locks, do you guys sell the little shaft in my sash that I can replace to match your 140 mod ... My windows were manufactured in Canada by a company called Kohler the house was built in 2006. I need to find the pivot shoe and the little metal bar that goes inside it so that my windows can stay open. Thank you.

Please see the attached photos of the damaged pivot bar that need replacement. The windows are Certain Teed and were installed in 2014. Please advise if you have replacements or substitutes that will work. Thank you, Rick

Hello, I need 4 window pivot brackets for my Harvey windows. The pivot brackets have a number on them, 14030. I also need sash vent latches. The part number on those are. 5,806,900. I need 12 of those. Attached are the pictures of the parts

MY PIVOT BAR IS 1 3/4 AND THE ONE I RECEIVED FROM YOU IS 2 3/8. WILL IT WORK?

Recently have had to replace the double glazed glass in my 23+ YO Kohler windows. The window shoe is 9/16" thick, 1.125" wide, 1.375" tall. Pictures of the pin that engages the shoe are also attached. Can youo recommend the proper replacement part? Thanks, Jim
