I have a BFRrich vinyl double hung window that's approx 19 years old. The pivot pin on the right side broke. I know the manufacturer is out of business. I hope you can help with a replacement pivot pin. v/r Jim

Hi, our double hung window in the kitchen is busted and won't stay up. img_175 is busted where the catch from img_180 seats, and img_177 appears the right side coil has come out of the plastic housing?? Hello, I have a window with two broken corner pivot bars on it. The long section is about 2 and 3/8 inches. The short section is about 3/4 inches. Do you have a part that would match these?

I can find no discernible identification markings on my window. Fairly certain this is or resembles your product code 15 - 177

Mine look like they are 26-446. BUT it seems like it is the reverse of your picture with the cutaway around the screw hole....both of mine have the same orientationTo the best of my measuring everything else seems to measure the sameIs 26-446 the correct replacement part? Thanks. Drew ... (cont.)
