Balances for traco windows
Hi I have a Traco window with 23DS 38 stamped on the window balances. I cannot find the balances on your site. Can I order them? Or can I make them from parts? I would need everything new but the springs. The Top piece is 19-041 and the bottom shoe looks like 15-004. Thanks Rick

Correct Channel Balance
I have narrowed the correct part to a S380 or a S385. One has a 15-004 shoe and the other a 15-005 shoe. I am unable to determine the difference between the two shoes on the web site. Is there a difference in dimension or shape of the two shoes that I can identify? Thanks, Dan

Spacer to help operation of window
I am in Tampa also, and it looks like the S380-30 and 2950 (30lb) is what I need for my window. I have had several of the top sash guides break due to UV (the house is now 13yo), and ordered the replacements from you guys (PN 18-166). I've replaced them in several windows, but the window that ... (cont.)

Your part equivalent to CR Laurence
I need a 27" Channel Sash Balance with parts that are the same as CR Laurence #FA2640 and FS291B kit. I've found your 15-004 boot that has the same dimensions but has wings and I don't know enough to know if the wings would cause an issue. Not sure that I need the heavy duty one I don't think our w ... (cont.)

parts for gapco windows
good day... I am needing some parts for gapco windows. This house was built in 1987, so I assume that is the year the windows were made, or thereabouts. I have studied your different parts for different series of Gapco windows and I am quite sure that the windows are series 385.
