33 DS 38 balance
I need balances for 8 windows, they measure 34 inches (just the metal) and have the attachment as noted in the photo. The windows are large, single hung, no tilt, shashes measure 44" wide, 36" tall, double glass. I think they weigh about 35-30 pounds. The Balance has a stamp of "33 DS 38" on it. ... (cont.)

Nu Aire channel balancer
I have Nu Air windows that need new balancers. The sash guide is aluminum and the top end of the balancer is attached to the sash with a small screw. The only markings on the balancer is 2920. Is this available or is there a substitute.

Options on channel balance
I believe I have found in your inventory, a replacement for the channel balance for my Alenco 3710 series window (series 385, 28",with the 15-004 shoe and 19-005 top), however the existing channel is stamped 2790, and the options listed go to 2770. What is difference between 15-004 and 15-005 shoe? They look the same to me. I will need either the 385 series or 380 series channel balance. My part is stamped 2940. 30" long. Thanks!

Greetings. I need some clarification on which channel balance to order. I have a 1/2 wide model. 26" Length Per your website top guide is 19-005, bottom is 15-004. All Very Clear. The issue is specifying the weight range. My Window is 30.9 lbs. which is above the 28 lb weight range list ... (cont.)

difference between shoes 15-004 and 15-004?
I was following steps in picking up the balances to replace. But I got stock in step3 where I can not tell the difference of shoes of 15-005 and 15-004. Any one can provide your advice. --Sean

Window counterbalance replacement
I have a broken non-tilt vinyl window counterbalance. The cord broke. markings are: 20 4 HN CALDWELL 1/2 (9/16) inch wide. 21 inches long on metal base, not including plastic end pieces. Pictures attached. I would appreciate it if you could ID a proper replacement. T

Hello, I have 20lb Milgard non-tilt-out windows. I believe I have identified that I need S385 with the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe.
