I need to find the replace part of this pivot shoe of my window, can you help to find which is the correct model to use? Also what is the right pivot bar to use with it? Thanks, Annie

Unidentified window mfgr., and I need a replacement coil balance shoe. Measures 1.5" tall, 3/4" wide, and 1/2" depth. I also included a pic of the T-pivot bar, any suggestions on what that is? I am finishing a job someone else started. They have already purchased the 15-129 pivot shoe. However, I need to replace the pivot bars as well. My question: will the 26-316 pivot bar work with the 15-129 pivot shoe? Thanks - Donald

My windows won't stay up. The pivot lock shoe is intact. The problem is the sash pivot bar comes out of the metal cam. Do I need to chance the bar, the cam, or everything? Please help Nancy
