I am seeking Help to find the correct replacement part for a window shoe pivot. I've attached pictures for your review.

Looking for the correct replacement balancers for that window and another. Tracks have been removed and the stamp on the back says 24 3. They have a metal track with a string in the middle attached to the spring then connect ones to the window gram at the very top with a loop on the string and a scr ... (cont.)

The only markings on the balance are 27C RB BSI. The length of the channel is 27". Each side is 1/2". The spring length from hook to hook is 13". The plastic piece is 1&7/8" x 1&1/4". The roller piece is 1&3/16". My name is Tom

I have Moss single hung windows and the attached pictures are of the type that does fit my windows that Moss sent me a couple of years back. Need help to identify the right part to order for single hung vinyl window channel balance

Hello, one of the window springs broke and need to replace it. The upper portion of the spring is attached with a screw (see photo 1) while the bottom uses T-Lock balance (see photo 2). I can't find these on your page of shoes. Are you able to get these? I have for that have evidently broken at the tops where they won't stay in the spring channel

Please provide the correct part for my window. One is missing and I am told I should replace both for consistency.

I have not measured this Pivot shoe yet. But I have multiple windows where they have failed when not even in use. Hopefully the pictures give it away as it doesn't seem to follow what's available. Need side balance and top window latches

Need replacement pivot lock shoes. These connect to an inverted block and tackle balance. Balance has the following markings "BSI" and "26B".

I need both balances total replacements on both sides feet string and clips. I believe not sure though that the bottom corner pieces of the window can be replaced also.1 is a metalcoener piece attached by a screw I believe and the other is a plastic piece attached by a screw.
