This is the spring portions on each side of the upper window

I need to replace the balances on 2 windows (total of 4 balances). The only markings I see are 27C and CJ CP. The bottom part of the balance is broken off as well.

I belive i have a series 795 channel balance and a amesburytruth 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam. My question is with the length i need to order we with the balance. Is it the overall length with the hardware or is it just the channel? Its marked with a 14 but the length of the channel is 15" ... (cont.)

This balancer looks like a 25" series 765 balance. There are some slight difference. What parts would I need to recreate this?

Need help identifying the right parts to buy to replace one set.

It would appear I have a 795 balance, but the metal case is 21" long, and is stamped 20-7, which does not match in your list. What would you recomend ?

The metal channel measures 27 inches. Not sure what weight to order. The channel is stamped 26-5. I beleave this is a 795 balance.

Hello. I have 3 Silverline Double Hung windows. Each window section is approximately 28 inches wide with a height of 33 inches. The channel balances have failed and need replaced. For whatever reason these shoes don't work in this jamb When it's in the open position so that I can slide it up and down it goes fine, as soon as I rotator to lock it in the back bracket (white clip) pops tried 4 different balances
