I have 3 tilt windows that won't stay up and the balances appear to be broken. They appear to be channel balances. The balances are 1 inch wide and 34 inches long. I've attached some pictures and would like to confirm the style that I need to purchase. Thank you, Eric

Need to replace a 28" window balance. Spring loaded Hard to read but marking appears to be BSIN 28C

I am confident I have the S795-28: 28" Series 795 Channel Balance. They are stamped 28C. My question is mine have a hook at the top. Can you provide a recommendation to replace mine? I am also not sure if the included shoe from your 28C listing is the same as mine.

It's hard to definitively read the part number, but it looks like PAT 4810108, but the 4 could be an A and the first 8 could be a 6??

I need to replace the tilt mechanism for my double hung windows.

I have two windows which need these pieces replaced. So, am talking about 4 balance bars (with grey shoes (20-3) and four pivots which match. Since I would like to keep these windows a while longer, would like some extra parts..Hope you can help, or point me toward someone who can. Thanks, in adva ... (cont.)

My windows were purchased from Home Depot in June 2006. One of the windows has both ballast broken. In addition the push sash releases are bad as well. Are you able to provide replacements? Thanks in Advance donnie

Need help identifying parts to replace several windows

Trying to identify the part and can't find an exact match, I'm thinking they have changed slightly over 10 years

20 year old vinyl windows sash balance and t-shoe were broken trying to open window. Serial number on the balance is 33C and it is 33" long with a metal clip on nylon string at the top of the sash frame.

Am confident these balances are the 795 series, but the ones I am looking for has a metal "hook" on the end instead of a metal tab with a hole in it. How do I make this work, or is there another option I'm missing?

Hello. I have broken the plastic piece that holds the metal In the window jam that you put the bottom of your tilted windows in with the metal post that is on the actual window itself. I have sent pictures. Can you help me identify this or find Fix this?

I'm needing to replace all of the window hardware. They have a 27" silver balance.
