The plastic shoes on both sides broke and the window is no longer attached to the balances. The only writing on the balance arm is "26B"

My house was built by Ryan homes back in 2003 (I'm not the original owner). I have several windows with the above label (only markings I could find) that have broken channel balancers (with busted shoe as well). We've had probably 8 of our windows slam shut due to the balance releasing. In doing my own research, I stumbled across these as they may be replacable. But I'd like to confirm the PN before replacing all of the shoes.

I'm trying to find replacements for 18 Y/O single hung windows. They only have a pat # on them. All I know is its 1/14" wide. How can I find the right replacement?

Hello, I believe these match up to your S795-23.Want to verify that, and see if you can tell bythe markings on the metal which sash weightrange I need.
