Hello. The metal bar that the window pivots on has rusted away. I was able to remove it and the one on the other side. I need to get replacement parts - either the bar and screw or the entire spring mechanism - so I can repair the window. Thanks!

I think the shoe is for a 32B seriea 795 Channel Balance.

I have 12 windows that need to replace the balances and the tilt lock mechanism.

Hello. I have a few windows that have had a balance part failure. Would appreciate your help to identify a suitable replacement part. There is a stamp (pictured) that says 24 5 BSI RD. I believe I have an open cam lock. Thank you! Michael

The part holds the sash up. The window connects to this part. Unfortunatly the top of this part is broken, therefore the wondow will not stay up on its own. This part fits in the window track. Identifying marks on this part include: Pat 610108 and 0006799.

Need help with this balance

I am looking for a replacement window balance for a Moss double hung vinyl window, overall size approx 34x64. Balance is approx 32" long, fits in a channel in vinyl frame. top of tension string is attached with a screw. Bottom has feature to lock spring unit is place. Pictures attached ... (cont.)

Need part number to order. Balance slide is 20 inches long total length is 21.5 inches and the width is 9/16 inch.

I have the following information about the part that came out. Made by American Craftsman Product Line 2300 Non tempered 25" I think The cord and spring came out. Purchased from Lowes Any help you could give in getting a replacement part would be greatly appreciated.
