I have the following information about the part that came out. Made by American Craftsman Product Line 2300 Non tempered 25" I think The cord and spring came out. Purchased from Lowes Any help you could give in getting a replacement part would be greatly appreciated.

Chanel is 24" long 5/8 " wide 1/2" deep Numbers stamped on Chanel : 24B. B51

Hello Swisco--The 15-195B's I purchased are 1/2" where they need to be 3/8" in order to fit into a channel balance that is concave at the bottom end. Do you sell such a balance shoe. (See photo.) Thank you!

Greetings all .... attached are 2 photos .. the metal bracket that the shoe clips into has 2 markings 24C and BS1. I do not know if the shoe a closed or open cam. How do you identify this aspect of the part? Thanks for helping me identify the correct part. Appreciated ... Jake

I Have a square window balance with a stamp of 32-1. From what I can figure it looks like it is a s795. None of the S795s in your online catalog have these numbers. The balance metal length is 33". It has an open cam 15-195B on one end and a 19-043 clip. Should I use the 33B or 33F?Thank you,Chris B ... (cont.)

Hi, looking for a window balance - left side it that matters. It's a 30", pulley style, on ply gem windows( not absolutely sure about mfg).

Windows will not open when I attempt to lift it up. Some of the window appears to have loose strings that connects to the channels

Hello,I have patriot 2800 series windows. I've been told they were bought out by Plygem but are discontinued. The slot at the bottom of the channel pulls out - seems to be only a crimp fit. Bottom of the window has the metal pins to fit into that slot for tilting application. Your S795 series see ... (cont.)

The pin broke that holds the tilt lock on my flat channel inverted B&T sash balance part. The part is 30" long and the other sides are 1/2" each, and it's stamped with "308" and "JBSI" and the capital J is very small. The window has no name brand on it that I could find and is 33" x 64" probably or ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement parts for double hung window. This part, broken and missing top part attaches to the counter balance slider via a hook which has worn and weakened over time and acts as the hinge point on the window.

I have attached a photo of the balances in my windows. One has broke and many have so much tension that they will pop out next time I try to open the window. Do you have the replacement balance available?
