Hi. Here a a photo of a right certainteed internal latch that I cannot find anywhere. It is 3 1/2" long by about 11/16"can you please help me find this. Also can you help me identify the pivot arm part and new fasteners to attach them to the same windows. Than you so much! Eric

I have a window which looks like it probably has the CertainTeed latch 26-317. Externally, it looks like this is probably what it is, but I can't figure out how to remove it. I assume it is supposed to be unscrewed and pushed out the side edge of the window, but there is no apparent screw, and it r ... (cont.)

I ordered the LEFT side CertainTeed top tilt latch (26-317) in the past. But now I need three CertainTeed top tilt latch for the RIGHT SIDE.

the latch clips into a slot in the upper part of the sash dim are 3 1/2" x 3/4 about 1/4" thick, there is a screw hole about 2 1/8" from the rail end of the window which doesn't appear to be used in these window as no hole in sash not sure what your part number is

CertainTeed 3 1/2" by 3/4 to 13/16" tilt latch. It has a very small tab on top.

The one is lower section tilt in latch broke of left side the other is also left side upper half the internal spring popped out to push latch back to lock.

I have 8 windows that have corroded pivot bars. The part disintegrated in many of the windows. Here are pictures of one type of pivot bar that is still intact. This is on the top of the window which releases it to swing out for cleaning, It has MP5 on it. The part has an R on it. The part on the other side of the window has an L on it. Thank you.
