26-317 CertainTeed Top Tilt Latch, Pair

These are from Certainteed windows, old, say 15-25 years. Just need one but am happy to buy a pair.

These are the release latches to tilt the window for cleaning. The windows are 15-16 years old nut these latches have been breaking since we put the windows in. We were getting parts from our builder but they dont have anymore and cannot tell me what the part# are. I need about 15 . ... (cont.)

The right side of the tilt latch on my tilt in window is missing due to contractor error while remodeling. I've attached a picture of the sticker on side of window

The Tilt latch I need looks exactly like that. I have had the hardest time trying to find it, and I contacted them and they said to do this. hopefully I can get something out from doing this. I don't know the year of the window, or have anything more than this.

My contractor lost this piece on my certainteed tilt in window. It looks like it snaps in not screw in.

I have several Certainteed double hung windows where the latches are breaking. I need some left hand and some right hand.Other than the window brand name there are no numbers or marking on the latches. Hi, When sliding the latch, the locking tooth did not move, and I had to use a pencil to push it so the window would tilt. When I tilted the window, the tooth part sheared off somehow (see photo) and went sailing down to the driveway. My latch is larger than 25-244 at 3 1/2" x 12/16. And it does ... (cont.)

The photo is of the left latch and we need the right one. Same latch but it will have an R on it instead of the L. Ours is cream but could use any color since it doesn't show when window is not tilted. The photo is of each side of the part. It is on the upper window. You use it to tilt in. Thank you ... (cont.)

Looks a little different but dimensions seem to match the 26-317. Sound correct?

I have a lot of these that need to be replaced

This is a tilt window slide latch that is 3 1/2 inches long and 3/4 inches wide, i am in need of 4 of these tilt latches I think the name on the latch is Certainteed or CertainFeed.

We have Certainteed vinyl tilting replacement windows. We have several where the mechanism that releases the bottom window for tilting is broken. The tab that holds the window in place can easily sheered off by the stop at the top of the window if opened too far or too forcefully. We have one set of ... (cont.)

Windows are Certainteed windows. The one picture is where crank is stripped. These are casement windows. Also additional picture are from double hung windows and are the device that allows the window to tilt in to clean.

I need 5 replacement latches for my Certainteed windows.

I am in need of 12 top sash tilt wash latch (left from outside) certain Teed Bryn Mawr II the photo is showing the latch from both sides. Same left latch.
