Having trouble finding these parts

This window came with the house and needs a specific pivot shoe and pivot arm and also a channel locking mechanism of the right size. The pivot shoe in there now is 1/2" thick. The bottom of the window where the pivot arm is supposed to come out seemed to have been broken so someone has screwed it ... (cont.)

Hello I need either the whole assembly or just the plastic housing for my pivot pin. I do have a usable pin but the plastic housing is broken. As you can see the whole piece is 3 1/2"long. The bar itself is 2 5/8" long. The plastic housing is 1/2" wide. The screw is 1 1/8" in. The pivot shoe for it ... (cont.)

Hello, Do you have the Silverline Lower Sash Pivot Bar and holder in Stock as shown in the photos? I also need to order 2 balances that have the code 28 7. Sash weighs 27.4 lbs and the balances have the 1 1/4" shoes. I thank you for your time. Guy

If u look at 2nd picture ...pivot pin is resting in a hard plastic insert. I need that white hard plastic insert. If you have more than one, give me part numbers for all I'll just order a few of each.
