I have double-hung vinyl windows from circa 2008. I was attempting to take a sash off to do some cleaning, but this caused the left pivot shoe to break. I think it was brittle from age. It is for a double hung window and it says 28 F on it

I measured it at 1/2 thick and 1 1/4 width

We opened our window and tilted it forward so that I could clean, and the right hand tamp 'r' lol III And the pivot Siu shattered into 1 million pieces. Milgard double hung tilting windows. Purchased in 1999. The part that slides in channel is broken on ne side of upper sash. Milgard gave me a replacement part number of im0551mi. I can't find part. I've added photos. Do you have replacement?

for the pivot shoe i think it is 3" Pivot Bar, Weathercraft 26-272 ()any other way verify? because it uses "Tamp R Lok 3" this narrows it down to two choices? 15-231 or 15-210? can you tell from photos? no real way to verify without trying to remove original? - BTW is there any info on how the tamp ... Hello, I need to replace several balancers like the one shown as well as the shoes. Hoping you can tell me what the part is and have in stock! :) Also, do I need a jamb spreader to get the new shoe into that channel? seems pretty tight. Not sure what part this is but I believe it is for spiral balancers.

These are Milgard double hung windows installed in approximately 2002. The first picture is of the lower window part which is still functioning properly. The second picture is the upper window where the piece has cracked. I'm not sure how to identify the proper part I need. Thank You. ... (cont.)

Could you help me understand if the window channel balancers can be replaced? It is a double hung tilt window about 17 years old, from a company called AirChek in NJ. The channel balance length is 19 and it says 19-5. The top sash still works but the bottom does not. I can see there's no white c ... (cont.)

Hi, some of these were attached to the sash cord that I included in the picture with the needle nose plyers holding it. The windows basically won't stay open and I think it's because the plastic clips broke apart. I'm not sure of the window manufacturer but I included a pic of the window. I also ... (cont.)
