84-074B Screen Door Roller, 1" SS BB Concave

I have what appers to be this roller arm however it is fastened to the actual integral frame of the door and was held in pivot by a removable pin. Can this item work if I remove its (presumably fixed) pin and reuse my removable pin? Alternatives that don't involve a retrofit? Thanks. Jim ... (cont.)

Is there a advantage to using any of the 84-074 series rollers? Nylon over Stainless Steel or just steel? Why offer three types with the same dimensions?

I see a similar part but mine has an 1& 1/4 inch wheel. The part is from a western window screen.

The plastic mounting bracket has a center height adjuster hole that measures 11/64" ID. It may be possible to drill it out to 21/64". The question is what is the OD and height of the adjuster on the 84-74B stainless steel roller?

The 84-074B roller looks perfect, but I can't figure out how to get the door out of its frame. The bottom roller adjusters are completely rusted and immovable (even after copious amounts of WD-40), the top rollers are as loose as I can get them, but there is still a good quarter-inch of door inside ...
