I need two more parts for another window (Eagle Maximizer Plus crank out window). The locking lever and the housing are missing from the window. Please see photos.R/,Jim

need entire locking hardware; internal components are bent; lock handle wont stay in place. I believe the window is an M&W vinyl casement window purchased from Carolina Builders in 2009.

I am looking for a 3 ¾" concealed lock in white but can only find larger sizes. Can you direct me to the right one to use? Thank you.

Do ya'll carry replacement latches for plygem 200 casement windows? These windows are in a new construction home and were purchased in 2021.

I need to know where the windows are from (the manufacturer so I can have some one come and repair the window as it only closes so far and then someone has to push on the window from the outside to be able to totally close it and lock it. Will 38-209 fit PLYGEM MIRA Casement (Manufactured 3/21)? And is there a LEFT and a RIGHT item number? Thanks Rick

This latch does not work so how do we repair it since it is internal? And IF we get that fixed we will need 1 hook as 1 is missing. Thank you for your help.
